Tart cherry juice naturally contains melatonin! Drinking a glass of tart cherry juice at night helps to increase melatonin available in the body. Melatonin helps you to fall asleep faster and to have a more restful sleep! SLEEPY GIRL MOCKTAIL RECIPE
You’ll need —
Organic Tart Cherry Juice
Sparkling Water (I use Pure La Croix)
Magnesium powder from the brand Moon Juice (Tastes the Best)
A cute glass
A glass straw (For the vibes)
Mocktail Recipe
Fill your wine glass with ice
add a quarter cup or less of tart cherry juice
add 1 tsp of magnesium powder
add your sparkling water
& that’s it! So easy & delicious.
